1. Services Provided

Eli Solutions Pro LLC provides business automation systems, CRM setup, communication workflows, website and landing page support, AI-assisted communication tools, customer follow-up systems, booking systems, review systems, workflow setup, and related business consulting services.

2. Payments, Subscriptions & Billing

All prices, setup fees, monthly plans, usage-based charges, and optional add-ons are listed on the website, checkout page, invoice, proposal, or service agreement. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled according to the applicable billing terms.

Setup fees, implementation fees, onboarding fees, completed service work, and custom configuration work are non-refundable once work has started.

Failed payments, disputed payments, chargebacks, or unpaid invoices may result in paused access, suspended service, or cancellation of work until the balance is resolved.

3. Founder Pricing & Promotional Offers

Founder pricing, discounted setup fees, promotional rates, limited-time offers, and special pricing are promotional and may change or expire at any time. Promotional rates may only remain active while the account remains in good standing, continuously active, and paid on time.

If an account is canceled, paused, past due, or restarted later, previous promotional pricing may no longer be available.

4. Done-For-You Services

Done-for-you setup only includes the specific items listed in the invoice, proposal, checkout page, or written service agreement. Additional workflows, advanced automations, custom development, website pages, integrations, AI training, copywriting, revisions, troubleshooting, or support outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, brand assets, login access, domain access, payment processor access, social media access, business details, approval decisions, and required compliance information in a timely manner.

Delays in providing required information, approvals, or access may delay the project timeline.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Eli Solutions Pro LLC may use or connect with third-party platforms including but not limited to GoHighLevel, LeadConnector, Stripe, Twilio, Google, Meta, OpenAI, Square, PayPal, domain providers, email providers, and other software tools.

We are not responsible for downtime, pricing changes, approval delays, account restrictions, message filtering, carrier rules, policy changes, platform limitations, or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms.

7. SMS Terms & Conditions

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS and MMS messages from Eli Solutions Pro LLC. Messages may include appointment reminders, account updates, onboarding updates, customer support responses, service updates, follow-up communication, promotional offers, event updates, and business-related notifications.

8. SMS Consent & Data Sharing

SMS consent is collected directly through our website forms, chat widget, booking forms, or other opt-in methods where users voluntarily provide their phone number and agree to receive messages.

SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Some services may include AI-assisted tools for chat, voice, workflow support, customer communication, content assistance, routing, or follow-up. AI tools are intended to support communication and operations, not replace human judgment, professional advice, or business decision-making.

AI usage, messaging usage, phone usage, and related third-party usage may be billed separately depending on the selected plan or service.

11. No Guarantee of Results

Eli Solutions Pro LLC provides systems, tools, implementation support, automation setup, and consulting. We do not guarantee sales, leads, revenue, profit, customer growth, rankings, approval outcomes, message deliverability, or specific business results.

12. Website, Forms & Compliance

Clients are responsible for ensuring that their own websites, forms, messaging, offers, content, and business practices comply with applicable laws, platform rules, advertising policies, privacy laws, SMS consent requirements, and industry-specific regulations.

13. Cancellations

Subscription cancellations must be requested according to the billing process provided by Eli Solutions Pro LLC. Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund previous payments, setup fees, implementation work, or completed services.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eli Solutions Pro LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, message delivery issues, business interruption, platform downtime, or third-party service failures.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website, platform, services, forms, or communication channels means you accept the updated terms.
